The main difference between mini-football and football is in the tactics of the game. Smaller area of the field (40×20 m), 4 players in the field and the 5th as a goalkeeper means that every player is involved in both offence and defense by the principle of universality. That is why many football stars (Messi, Neymar, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho) in their childhood started from mini-football, and perhaps thanks to it they rose to the heights of excellence in football. Mini-football helps to form the right way of thinking and the ability to make the right decision within limited time and space, and also the ability to instantly see friendly players and to locate the opponents on the field, agility, driblinng, skills to play and to achieve results as a team.
There are only a couple of seconds, and sometimes a split of a second to make a decision; this is why for a successful game the players must play all the combinations instantly in their heads and to have an advanced level of team interaction.
It is typical to have a constant pressure of opponents, and in this regard, the constant lack of time. All of this is so similar to the business as such practices and games require a high level of physical and intellectual effort. However it allows you to take instant precise business solutions, especially under the pressure of circumstances and in situations of time-trouble. This is a game where everyone is important – each player contributes to the result, but it is a game where you can win only as a team.
The fact that surprises the most is that the director and owner of the company “Trans-Ocean Express” is almost twice as old as other players, and he plays on equal terms. His example inspires the others to self-improvement and movement beyond standard notions of human capabilities.
Trainings are held 4 times a week and there are 2 games on the weekends. In fact, it is a constant process of team building that brings a physical and emotional discharge, and helps to maintain a high level of physical and mental health.
